Penny (Cuphead OC)

This is my second OC for Cuphead and her name is Penelope but everyone calls her Penny.


Penny was raised by her mother, a lounge singer and waitress at a nearby restaurant all her life until she turned fifteen when her mother fell very ill and was very weak. Penny began to take up the chores and began to work many jobs so she could afford medicine to help her feel better. One day she was approached by King Dice and the Devil and they offered her a job at the casino as a saloon girl and singer which she takes in a heart beat so she could get enough money to afford the medicine her mother needed.



Upon returning home with the medicine she got from the money, she was greeted by a horrible sight; her mother was gone...the Devil appeared before her revealing the truth that her mother was a debtor a long time ago. Realizing that the Devil used her so he could find her mother, Penny runs off from her old house, further into Inkwell Isles until she stumbles upon Raoul's Bar and Lounge where she meets her best friend Angel. Penny was hired as waitress and singer, there she was safe from the Devil and her past.



Being raised by a single parent and no memory of her father, Penny understands hardship and working hard to accomplish goals. Penny displays a good attitude and level head but since she worked alongside the Devil she has become very flirtatious and slightly seductive around men. She is still haunted by nightmares of her mother and has a deep fear of the Devil and any of the debtors, becoming very emotional. She still remains to be kind, understanding and hard working.
