Description
The room was dead quiet, blood had splattered all over the floor and walls, the wall blood dripped to the floor, slowly, like a steady heart-beat. Standing in the middle of the room was the bloodied figure of Prodigy. She was looking at the dead body that she just killed.
The Empress of Alternia, the Imperial Condescension....
Her blood formed a large pool around her body. Gripped in Prodigy's hand was a sword that was covered half-way with the Condescension's blood. Prodigy's own blood seeped through her clothing as she gripped her own arm that was bleeding severely.
Her mission had been accomplished....she had killed the terror that was plaguing the planet. Her messy hair covered part of her face, in her eyes they're were tears...
Tears? Why is she crying? Why? She had just killed a threat, why on Earth would she be crying?
Prodigy was feeling woozy from all the blood she lost, she was feeling faint. As she fell to her knees, her sword clattering next to her she whispered. "I had no choice....." before falling unconscious next to the dead body.
The room became even quieter....
