Skylanders Orignal Stroy New Masters Chapter 3

Amber's eyes widened as she enters the new world of Skylands.


    Everywhere she looked there was floating islands, new creatures everywhere she looked. It was a truly wonderful scene. "This is incredible." she said with wide eyes. "I have never seen anything like this."


Sunburn walked beside her. "I know right?" he said. "Let's get to the citadel, everyone is waiting for you, but I think it'll be much faster if I take you myself, hop on." he showed her his back. "You want me to get on your back?" she asked. "What about my things?"


"Oh, Flameslinger will take care of that." he said with a wide grin. "Won't you, Slinger? We Skylanders must please our Master." Flameslinger glared at him. "Whatever..." he growled as he heaved the large suitcases. "I bet she's heavier than these suitcases." he muttered irritably.


"Sunburn, are you sure you want me on your back?" Amber asked with a worried look on her face. "Relax, Amber, I've carried things bigger than you, so you don't have to worry about nothing, come on, Master Eon is waiting for us." he insisted.


    Amber slowly approached the hybrid and got onto his back. His feathers were surprisingly soft. "Ready?" he asked flapping out his wings. "No." she said simply. "Good." he nodded as he takes off into the air as Amber clings to him tightly, screaming.


Sunburn laughed as the wind blows through his face and feathers. "Don't worry, Amber, it's not that far away, see it's right there. Oh, looks like the others are waiting for you." Sunburn's sharp eyes sees the Skylanders are by the citadel. He glanced to his Portal Master on his back, who looked terrified. Rolling his eyes he lands right in front of the citadel.


Amber slowly rose her head, her hair looked like it was just in a wind tunnel and her eyes were wide. Sunburn chuckled softly. "Your hair is a mess." he laughed. She got off him slowly. "Never. Doing. That. Again." she said her voice shaky.


    "Greetings new Portal Master," the Skylanders said in unison and they bowed their heads, some of them trying to hold in their laughter seeing how ridiculous her hair was. Boomer and Trigger Happy in particular were snickering loudly, but Whirlwind gave them a sharp glare which shut them up.


"I need something to comb my hair down, I look like a weirdo." she said looking at herself in the fountain, she cupped some water in her hands and poured it on her hair, relaxing it. Eruptor and Ignitor approached her, Ignitor bowed down to her. "Greetings, I am Ignitor, a fellow Fire Skylander, I promise by my sword I shall protect you." Amber looked impressed at the short armor clad figure with a burning fire inside of him and there was a live lava monster in front of her as well.


"I'm Eruptor," he said. "I'm a Fire Skylander too. Hope Flameslinger didn't give you a bad impression on us Fire Skylanders like he always does." Amber raised a brow. That was kind of rude. Sure, Flameslinger did come across to her as arrogant but she was sure he contributed to the Skylanders.


Amber walked passed them to go into the citadel. There was a tense moment as she enter the citadel, there she sees the tall, regal figure of Eon. "Are you Master Eon?" she asked. "I was told to come to you."


   Eon nodded as he walked up to her, placing his hand on her shoulder. "You have immense power within you, my child. You have the fire burning bright in you." he spoke. "Please, come with me." he said as he began to walk, Amber nodded and followed him. "I'm assuming that Sunburn explained to you why I need you."


"Yes, sir." she said.


"Good. Now please enter here." he said as he opened a door that had the symbol of fire on the copper stoned floor. Amber nodded as she entered the room. Suddenly, she felt an immense power rush into her heart, gripping her chest in pain, voices telling her about the power of fire flowed through her head. She fell to her knees panting hard. The symbol of fire was glowing.


Eon walked into the room with her. "You now have the power of fire in you. You are now...." Amber slowly stood up. "The new Portal Master of Fire. Welcome to the Skylands."
